Pelotonia
Pelotonia was, and still is the greatest thing that I have ever done with my life. Being part of that startup team was the challenge of a lifetime. In 2009, our inaugural year, Pelotonia raised $4.5MM, 100% went directly to cancer research at The James Cancer Hospital at The Ohio State University. Pelotonia 10 rasied $7.8MM, bringing the two-year total to $12.3MM for cancer research.

I never knew all of the books that my grandparents read, I never knew all the places they went, who their friends were or how they influenced them. But thanks to social, I know that my grandchildren will be able to see how I lived. Kind of makes you want to be a better person, right? Maybe it’s not so bad after all.
